I can’t thank you enough for jumping into this and helping me document the issue. You guys seriously rock with your customer service.
Attached is the document you created for your records. I am on hold with Media Temple now to hopefully get this resolved once and for all. If they still give me a hard time, I will let you know. Have a great weekend.
